The Shree Sanwaliaji  Seth temple of the Dark Krishna

The Sanwaliaji temple of the Dark Krishna is situated on the Chittorgarh – Udaipur Highway, at the town of Mandaphia, about 40 kilometers from Chittorgarh. The deity also known as Shri Sanwaria Seth.

The legends has it that in the year 1840, a milkman named Bholaram Gurjar dreamt of three divine statues buried under the ground in the Chapar village of Bhadsoda-Bagund.

When the villagers started digging the place, they found the three statues, exactly as Bholaram saw in his dream. They were the statues of LORD KRISHNA-all of them beautiful and mesmerizing.

One of the statues was taken to Mandaphiya, one to Bhadsoda and the third remain at the very place where it was found. All three locations became temples.

Later on, the three temples of Sanwaliya Ji became renowned and devotees visit them in large numbers every day. Located just 40 km from Chittorgarh – the historic city of valor and devotion.

Mandaphiya is now known as Shri Sanwaliya Dham ,The residence of Dark Lord Krishna and is second to

Shri Nathadwara to the followers of the Vaishnav Sect.

People believe that all their desires are fulfilled when they visit Shri Sanwaliya Seth’s Darbar.

About All The Three Temples

One of the statue of Lord Krishna popularly known as Sanwaliya Seth was taken to Mandaphiya, one to Bhadsoda and the third remain at the very place where it was found. All three locations became temples.

Mandpiya Sanwaliyaji

First Temple is situated in Mandpiya village also known as Sanwariyaji. Mandaphiya is 7 km. from Bhadsoda Chouraha which lies on the four – lane highway no. 76, 35 km from Chittorgarh district headquarter and Chittorgarh Railway Station. Bhadsoda Chouraha is 60 km from Dabok, Udaipur airport.

Bhadsoda – Bagund Chouraha Sanwaliyaji (Murti Prakatya Sthal)

Second temple of Sanwaliyaji is situated at Bhadsoda- Bagund Chouraha also known as Murti Prakatya Sthal Mandir which lies on the four – lane highway no. 76. Bhadsoda Chouraha is 60 km. from Dabok, Udaipur Airport and 35 km from Chittorgarh Railway Station and Bus-Station.

Bhadsoda Village Sanwaliyaji (Prachin Mandir)

Third temple of Sanwaliya Seth is situated in Bhadsoda Village. It is an one of the oldest temple of sanwalia seth. This temple is 1.5 km from Bhadsoda Chouraha on UdaipurRoad.
