Surah [2:226] For those who forswear their wives
…That is, by pronouncing īlā, a pre-Islamic practice which allowed the husband to take an oath to refrain from sexual relations with his wife, which left the wife in a state of uncertainty for an indefinite period. According to this verse, the husband must decide within four months either to restore the marriage or to divorce her.
shall be a waiting for four months. And if they recant, Allah is indeed all-forgiving, all-merciful.
A women where husband is the person who decides to divorce her or might be wife which is small in number. The above Surah of Chapter 2:226 where somehow the couple indulge in sexual activity after decided to go for divorce then they have to wait for four months. Why it is so, it simply because to see is the women get pregnant or not. Not an understandable. And important to note husband has to decide rather than wife.
Surah [2:228] Divorced women shall wait by themselves for three periods of purity [after menses], and it is not lawful for them to conceal what Allah has created in their wombs if they believe in Allah and the Last Day; and their husbands have a greater right to restore them during this [duration], if they desire reconcilement. The wives have rights similar to the obligations upon them, in accordance with honourable norms; and men have a degree above them, and Allah is all-mighty and all-wise.
That sounds like Muhammad is a man. Think as a human or as women mind how it can be lawful rather than as a Muslim men.
Surah [2:229] [Revocable] divorce may be only twice; then [let there be] either an honourable retention, or a kindly release. And it is not lawful for you to take back anything from what you have given them,…That is, to the wives.
unless the couple fear that they may not maintain Allah’s bounds. So if you fear they would not maintain Allah’s bounds, there is no sin upon them
…That is, the husband and wife.
in what she may give to secure her release. These are Allah’s bounds, so do not transgress them, and whoever transgresses the bounds of Allah —it is they who are the wrongdoers.
Well it is sound like again there is the provision that benefit to the men in the Muslim practice. That to secure a release, in caseof husband not allowed, she may give what she own from him. Thats cool, I will say divorce twice and then wait for her to get frustrated or irritated that she cried for her release or will agree that she doesn’t need anything for her release.
Surah [2:230]And if he divorces her, she will not be lawful for him until she marries a husband other than him, and if he divorces her,…That is, after she has been divorced by the second husband, the two of them may remarry if they think they can maintain a healthy marital relationship.
there is no sin upon them to remarry if they think that they can maintain Allah’s bounds. These are Allah’s bounds, which He clarifies for a people who have knowledge.
This is very unusual condition in the Quran that really questionable, that sounds like in case of couple wants to remarry after divorced then who will be sacrificing, answer is, the woman. Either Muslim woman not using their brains or don’t want to understand this or just want to believe to be humiliated. Whom Allah is testing a woman or a man?
Which countries use Shariah law?
Muslims’ aspired Shariah state is the birthplace of Muhammad that has no legal code other than the Shariah and enforces it without mercy: Saudi Arabia. But as detailed below, Shariah law is also used in full or in part, nationally or regionally in:

The number of countries penetrated by Shariah law continues to grow, as does the depth of its penetration in the countries already affected.
We are not saying one should not follow Islam, but atleast law which are not suits the present society must be ammend to help the rights equality. Every country has its own constitution and each of the religious practice must follow that country constitutions or else shift to those state which follows the practices of their belief.
