Donald Trump Meeting With Tech Executive America

Our country will always be our country. In the era when Manmohan Singh came up with Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and Liberalization that always be written with golden ink. But was that sufficient.

As an Indian we keep study to have the job in big MNCs and that we want to show ourselves how much we are intelligent that these MNCs chose us among our friends or our competitor.

It is always good to see the Indian on the top chair of Big Names like Microsoft, Google and many other big industries believe in the efficiency and effectiveness of work in Indian.

Well almost every big name in India is associated or getting work from United States or we can say because of cheap and effective labor, we are getting the work from the nations who are far ahead of us.

But every work will have side effects, although Indian MNC already give billion of taxes to U.S. Government but a recent change in the U.S. Presidential Election, Mr. President has a different view.

I cannot say he is wrong or incorrect. In fact what he said in his inaugural speech after taking the oath as United States President, that his first value will be “America First”.  In the latest article in Economic Times where President Trump where its shown that how U.S. Labor Department sued the large IT Giant Oracle in terms of discrimination White, Hispanic, Africans-Americans by favoring Asian-Indian. Asian-Indian? what does it mean?

America first policy- Donald Trump
In recent time for past few years there is increase in law suits against Indian Company

“American tech workers are now grasping that Equal Employment Opportunity laws protect them and that prestigious law firms are willing to take these cases on contingency,” said Donna Conroy, executive director of the Chicago-based tech advocacy group Bright Future Jobs. She added that US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission can also independently initiate investigations against an employer — without an aggrieved party.

H-1B VISA ISSUES
Patrick Thibodeau, national correspondent, Computerworld, told ET that the Barack Obama administration never pursued a national origin discrimination case against any IT offshore industry firm (or the company that hired the contractor). “But the Trump administration may be different.”

The Trump administration can bring about H-1B reform in three ways. “It can issue executive orders that change some of the rules around the work visa, it can push for legislative reforms in Congress, and it can bring court cases accusing firms of discrimination when they replace a US worker with a visa holder. The Trump administration is likely to use all three approaches,” he said. In his confirmation hearing for the post of attorney general of the US, Senator Jeff Sessions reiterated that the Trump administration will push for legislative reform to curb what he termed as “abuse of H-1B visas for foreign workers”.

It is always pleasure to work with big names but in the end we always have to compete and drains our minds to who just create an environment of fear, insecurity and lot of uncertainity.

So it jus a feel that Indian somewhere always feel low or below from American. Why it is so? We might know. Answer we all know it just the matter to accept it and think something that make us to proud to be an Indian.
