OROP (One Rank One Pension) is implemented or not is another question. The question which come out of mind is, how can soldier suicide? OROP is important for soldier and their family future we all understand and recently it is announced to be implemented. It is for sure government of India is showing positive implementation over OROP and people is having belief in present government. How we can say that?
In recent news, we have seen how Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu being approached by the traveller in train and how Indian Railway Minister took action. There are many examples one can read in the newspaper about the tweet by the citizen of India who live in India or abroad contacted their Cabinet Minister via twitter and have their concern resolved by leader like Sushma Swaraj.
On February 04, 2016, there was the news on NDTV that Centre clears the payment under OROP that benefitted 18 lakhs ex-servicemen. In recent news of NDTV published on Nov 03 2016, Subedar Grewal, from a village in Haryana, served in the army for 30 years. Till Prime Minister Narendra Modi sanctioned OROP about a year ago, he was getting about Rs. 25,500 per month as his pension. But once the government agreed that soldiers who have served at the same rank and for the same amount of time should get equal pensions, regardless of the year in which they retired, the Subedar was entitled to an additional Rs. 3,000 per month.
Yes 3000 Rupees is huge amount but th person who is already getting 25,500 Rupees why he will commit for 3000 Rupees, after all he is the soldier. In Postcard News, they mentioned ,

This is all about political drama created by Rahul Gandhi and Arvind Kejriwal. It is being cleared the OROP fighting against government was very old when Congress was in Center. Where there are some ex-soldiers have objected staunchly to politicians encircling the Subedar’s case for petty point-scoring,they say that the state-run banks that are authorized to make payments often slow down the process.
This all seems like that if we don’t kneel down the government on Surgical Strike, then lets have some other issue. How come Rahul Gandhi and Manish Sisodia were at hospital and create mess on soldier died. Come on, you immature leader, he is soldier and we all get inspired by them who never kneel down even if enemy torchured them that you people not even think of.
Now it will speed up the process of OROP , then we beleive it will be, but stop doing immature politics. Hope our ex-soldiers will get their benefits earliest possible.
