Why Modi Government will not be including discussion on ‘Kisan Andolan’ or Farmer protest in Budget 2021
Budget session will be going to start in two phases. First phase on 29 January and second phase on March 8. First phase we complete with 12 sitting and second phase was completed in 21 sitting. All the member has to complete there Covid test before entering into India’ biggest Panchayat.
Government passed the three bill, First one, The farmers’ produce trade and commerce (Promotion and Facilitation ) Bill 2020, which means freedom to sell and purchase the agri-product within the state and intra-state.
Farmer seeking answer on minimum support price, Mandis will dilute in future and what will happen for government electronic portal e-NAM.
Second bill , The farmers (Empowerment and Protection ) agreement of price assurance and farm service bill, 2020 stated that farmer can fix the prices even before sowing the crop. This will reduce the risk of unpredictability for farmer.
But government should answer that how small farmer will connect with sponsor for productivity and here the exploitation will start. Government fails to convince the farmer for the check point on their exploitation by big companies. I think government should take initiate to discussed on this priority that then taking about the subsidy on Parliament canteen.
Also, farmer will lose his individuality by coming under the farmer produce organization. Is that government gifting one more legal problem and legal dispute for farmer??
